What a lovely surprise to get back home from work and find a bottle of champagne waiting. Thank you so much. It is just over three years since we went out to see the 'shell' of Le Palais d'Oxford, and now we are really getting quite excited. I have just collected from the Post Office a most wonderful and unexpected bottle of my favourite champagne. What a beautiful surprise. We have already had a lovely holiday in our flat in La Tania and are very happy with the whole experience. Excellent news - yes I have been very happy with your service and communication, sadly it is not often that you find this attention to customers’ requirements in a retail of business environment. I believe that the majority of issues we have faced have been due to my poor ability to understand French - although I have a commitment to myself to improve significantly (just have to finish a dissertation on customer loyalty which is quite apt....)
