Excellent news - yes I have
been very happy with your service and communication, sadly it is not often that
you find this attention to customers’ requirements in a retail of business
environment.
I believe that the majority of issues we have faced have been due to my poor
ability to understand French - although I have a commitment to myself to
improve significantly (just have to finish a dissertation on customer loyalty
which is quite apt....)
